We deliver
Clean totes, zip ties and a dolly arrive the day before your move. You don't need to be home. We text you when they're there.
We pick up
Once you've unpacked, leave the empties outside your new place and we'll collect them.

Questions
How many totes do I need?
Plan on about 20 for an apartment, 35 for two bedrooms, 50 for three, and 75 for four or more. Need more partway through? Add them for $3.50 each.
How do I pay?
Book online by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. If you book with a deposit, you can pay the rest by card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Can I book with a deposit?
Yes. Hold your date with a $50 deposit. The rest is due on delivery day.
What do I get for paying in full?
Bonus totes at no charge: 5 extra with the Apartment or 2 Bedroom package, and 10 extra with the 3 Bedroom or 4+ Bedroom package.
What if I need to cancel?
- More than 7 days before delivery: full refund, no reason needed.
- Your move fell through: full refund, any time.
- Your moving date changed: we'll move your booking to the new date.
- Within 7 days of delivery for any other reason: we keep the $50 deposit and refund the rest.
Why keep the deposit? When you book, we set your totes aside for your dates and turn other customers away. Inside a week we usually can't rebook them, so the $50 covers that lost week.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery and pickup are free within 25 miles of Shrewsbury, PA. Addresses 25 to 45 miles away are $35 per trip. Farther than that, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to be home?
No. We'll leave the totes at your door and text you when they're there. For pickup, leave the empties outside your new place.
When do you deliver?
The day before your move. We'll text you once your totes are dropped off.
What if I need more time?
No problem. Extra weeks are $1 per tote. We'll charge the card you booked with, or send you an invoice to pay online, whichever you prefer.
Can I add totes during my rental?
Yes, at $3.50 each. Delivery is free within 25 miles and $35 for 25 to 45 miles. You can always pick them up from us for free.
Do you have dollies?
Every package comes with one tote dolly, a wheeled base that rolls a stack of totes. Add another for $10, or a hand truck for stairs and curbs for $15.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Between every rental, each tote is washed with soap and water, then disinfected with an EPA-registered disinfectant following its label directions.
How heavy can a tote be?
Keep each one under 50 lb so it's safe to lift and stack. Books and dishes fill a tote fast, so spread them out.
What if a tote comes back damaged or missing?
Normal wear is on us. Lost or broken totes are $30 each, which covers a replacement.
Do you offer storage?
Not yet. Tote storage is coming soon. Get in touch and we'll let you know when it opens.
